Determination of the Parameters of an Induction Motor in Transient Modes to Improve the Quality of Its Operation

摘要
The results of the mathematical analysis of the basic equations of an asynchronous motor (IM) and its physical experiments are presented in this article. It is this class of motors that is the most common type of electromechanical converters in the industry. Monitoring the condition of technological equipment equipped with such motors will be largely determined by their condition in all operating modes. Since the time constant of IM is many times greater than the time constant of a power supply with a control system, any transient process of IM can be considered as a discrete set of steady-state processes. The proposed technique makes it possible, on the basis of experimental data obtained in steady-state modes, to monitor the necessary parameters of blood pressure in unsteady modes of its operation in the most characteristic transient processes. Moreover, with the help of the calculation methods proposed in the article, it is possible to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the IM parameters and issue recommendations on the choice of parameters of the electric drive control system and change its settings in order to save electrical energy and increase the IM resource. Achievement of an energy-efficient mode of operation of the IM at load torques less than the nominal is possible when controlling the IM using a thyristor voltage converter with a static regulator and with a constant signal of the speed reference. Practical recommendations have been developed for the implementation of a suboptimal IM control system based on the criterion of the minimum stator current for operation in the entire range of loads on the shaft from idle to nominal.
