Turning Crisis into an Opportunity-On the Development of Private Enterprises under the Global Financial Crisis

The private enterprises have become a new economic growth channel for every region in China. The financial crisis which swept across the whole world brings about both impacts on and opportunities for Chinese private enterprises. From an external point of view, the government has to boost the investment incentives, strengthen financial innovation, and effectively optimize the environment for the development of private enterprises. From an internal perspective, private enterprises should ensure cash flow,control cost, contract business, and restructure and upgrade the enterprises. Through these joint efforts Chinese private enterprises may avoid the impacts of financial crisis and turn crisis into rare opportunities.
