摘要
The electric grid has experienced technological and institutional evolution throughout its history. However, we are currently facing a dramatic structural transformation. Five tightly interconnected forces are collectively driving grid transformation, imposing requirements for advanced functional capabilities, and ultimately shaping how utilities and regulators determine effective technology investment strategies. © 2003-2012 IEEE.
