摘要
Regional ERA is one of the development directions of the ERA in the future, and the Exposure-Hazards analysis is also the key issue in the ERA. Through the fundamental formulae of the risk assessment, we acquire the concept model of the regional ERA by means of deductive reasoning and take the regional ERA caused by the atmospheric pollution in the mine area as an example to illustrate the model implementation. The concept model of the regional ERA and the two key factors of the regional ERA: The damage effect intensity on the regional scale [RE(x,y)] and The probability of special effect on the regional scale[RP(x,y)] may be the innovative points.
