摘要：
It is important to utilize talent for economic development, in this thesis, we establish the econometric model between the demand of Yunnan agricultural talent and the gross value of agriculture through analyzing the relationship between Yunnan agriculture development and agricultural talents. At last, based on the prediction of supply of Yunnan agricultural talents, we find that there is a large disparity between demand and supply in next ten years.
