摘要
The attention technology is discovered to this informative solution overloaded in the modem business operating. The management 10 manpower is the core attention technology to explore the attention technology in human resource planning for the firm. The explorations of these subjects are to describe these following parts. The integration between the attention technology and data-mining is explored to describe the subjective and objective data-mining. lie practical application to integrate attention technology and data-mining technology for enforce human resource planning in decision-making for problem solving from the illustration. The final summary by this illustration is to describe the efficiency of decision-making, for problem solving by integrative attention technology for applied in subjective data-mining from following processes in data collection, data analysis, decisive centralization, and executive distribution.
