Digitale Innovationen wie Robotic Process Automation sind ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor für Energieversorgungsunternehmen. Laut einer Umfrage des Bundesverbands der Energiemarktdienstleister haben nahezu drei von vier Unternehmen mit der Umsetzung begonnen. Dabei ist es erforderlich, die Technologie mit den organisatorischen und kulturellen Aspekten eines Unternehmens zu verknüpfen. Optical Character Recognition gilt als der nächste Schritt.
