摘要
Traditional prediction-based strategy analysis pursues arguments based on an if-then framework works not well for high-level-strategy analysis because of deep uncertainty. The robust decision-making challenge, key elements or principles and steps for robust-decision-making is introduced, and scenario generators framework and experiments analysis framework has brought forward for exploratory analysis which support robust decision making, Exploratory analysis can be performed in large number scenario space which generated by the framework, combined human and machine interaction capabilities. The approach uses computer visualization and iterative experiment search techniques to extract information from scenario spaces that is useful in distinguishing among alternative decisive options. Exploratory analysis can help identify strategies that are flexible, adaptive and robust by quickly exploring all possible scenario spaces.
