The temperature of magnetic ordering in thin magnetic films

摘要
The system of magnetic films with exchange-like interlayer interaction is considered in the frame of the mean field approach. Systems of two ferromagnetic films are thoroughly studied. An expression for the temperature of magnetic ordering is given as a function of the thickness of the films. It is shown that it is possible to adjust the temperature of magnetic ordering by changing the parameters of the system (for example, the thickness of the films). Under special conditions it is even possible to diminish the temperature of magnetic ordering below the Curie temperatures of the constituting films.
