摘要
Drawbacks of control strategy will appear if autonomous distributed electric vehicles are integrated into the power grid. In order to decrease those unstable influences of power system frequency, a novel decentralized primary frequency regulation control strategy is presented in this paper, which includes the maintaining balance strategy of the battery state of charge and frequency regulation charging control strategy. According to the random distribution and interaction time of the EV battery SOC charging demand, the frequency regulation charging control strategy can be flexibly developed as some charge schemes to meet the charge needs of electric vehicles. Based on the control theory, some simulation researches are given from the battery state of charge and random distributions according to a two-area interconnected power system. Simulation results show that decentralized primary frequency regulation control strategy has obvious advantages in suppressing power grid frequency and the tie-line power fluctuation.
