摘要
The objective of this work is to analyze the social perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Twitter, as well as the use of said social network in the communication strategies of the organizations. It uses different data processing software such as Kh Coder or Gephi, as well as text mining methodology. It concludes a positive social perception towards CSR and that companies are not the users that set trends in opinions or influencers in the matter.
