摘要：
Under the condition of the economic globalization, the global supply chain has got great development, and the competition of the whole market shows a clear tendency of internationalization and integration. This paper builds a global assembly supply chain system, and studies the issues of pricing and stocking strategies of the global supply chain based on exchange rate fluctuations.
