Research of the human capital value under Co-Governance

This article discussed the value of human capital and the regularity of human capital value movement based on "Co-Governance" theory with human capital and financial capital as the platform. It proposed the essence of the modern enterprise system is the mutual administration of the financial capital and human capital after studying the connection between human capital and mutual governance. Then it proposed that human capital should enjoy the right of surplus income distribution according to the size of "contribution" as financial capital. Subsequently, it analyzed the recessive and dominant human capital value to point out the owner of human capital is also the shareholders of enterprises under the certain condition, proposed human capital and financial capital owner sincerely cooperate is the key to obtaining key ability and competing for the advantage in enterprises.
