摘要
This paper reports an additive manufactured 6 GHz band resin based cavity for dielectric plate characterizations. This resonator is fabricated by an FDM type 3D printer with a PC and ABS based thermoplastic resin and a conductive spray with Cu and Ag fillers. Its fabrication time and weight are decrease 1/80 and 1/15 than the traditional copper cavity, respectively. Moreover, the complex permittivity measurement of PTFE plates using the cavity made by the additive manufacturing techniques has been demonstrated for the first time in the world.
