DEPLOYMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE CLOUD PLATFORM GOOGLE WORKSPACE FOR EDUCATION IN AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION br

The article describes the development of targeted, content and technological components of the methodology for deploying and administering the Google Workspace for Education cloud platform in higher education institutions. It is determined that the technology of deployment of cloud services Google Workspace for Education involves the implementation of measures and actions, as determining the main tasks of management and educational activities of an educational institution, which should be solved by means of cloud services; analysis and evaluation of cloud services regarding the possibility and feasibility of use in the educational process; conducting a pedagogical choice of services, determining the material, organizational, human resources necessary for their deployment; designing the structure of the digital educational environment, modeling the activities of its participants; registration of an account of an educational institution and obtaining an academic license for it; configuration and configurationof cloud services; analysis, generalization of design results, decision-making on use. The developed administration technology describes the tasks of creating and configuring user accounts, group accounts, synchronizing accounts with an existing database,configuring the Gmail, Kalendar cloud service, Meet, as well as monitoring and obtaining statistical data on the use ofGoogle Workspace for Education services. Content defined and expected results of advanced training of IT specialists, administrators of information networks of educational institutions, as well as scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the organization of distance learning. The progress and results of the expert assessment of the complexity of the implementation of the tasks of deployment and administration of theGoogle Workspace for Education platform and the main components of the developed methodology according to the implementation, organizational and gnostic criteria are described.
