Approximate estimate of the efficiency of reflective diffraction gratings

摘要：
Approximate formulas are obtained for the spectral distribution of the reflectance of ruled and holographic hat and concave diffraction gratings with a triangular profile of the lines from the results of a calculation of the ray path in the optical system of a spectral device. It is shown that it is promising to use concave holographic gratings obtained by the interference of counterpropagating pencils of rays in the UV region. (C) 1997 The Optical Society of America.
