摘要
Primers for polymerase chain reaction to amplify genomic DNA of both Toxocara canis and T, cati were constructed by adapting cloning and sequencing random amplified polymorphic DNA. The primers are expected to detect eggs and/or larvae of T. canis and T. call, both of which are known to cause toxocariasis in humans.
