摘要：

Eco-efficiency bridges industries' economic development and environmental performance, reflecting the level of technical innovation in resource reduction and pollution prevention. The paper established the eco-efficiency model in balancing regional economy and ecology to evaluate technical innovation based on two indexes, the regional eco-efficiency and the environmental investment. The pilot environmental protection cities are taken as the samples for the empirical analysis, so as to provide a particular perspective for evaluating the role technical innovation played in balancing regional economy and ecology.
