摘要：
GW system improvements include screening system upgrade from centrifugal screens to slotted pressure screens, replacing mainline cleaners with reject cleaners, reject refining upgrade and new post-refining. A significant reduction of shives and freeness were achieved. The rebuilt system has significantly improved the paper quality and decreased the production costs. The major quality items improved were presroom breaks, smoothness and printability. The major production cost savings come from fewwr breaks, energy cost and use of Kraft.
