摘要：
Both ABPM and SBPM seem to be useful tools to employ in clinical practice. They may help in identifying patients who are at lower risk, and in monitoring the effects of treatment. Although the cost-effectiveness of these methods is still being scrutinized, it is to be expected that SBPM, and to a lesser degree ABPM, will in the long run prove to reduce costs of hypertension treatment.
