摘要
Advances in the area of gene editing, represented by CRISPR/Cas9, have only reopened a debate of intense ethical and legal importance. This tool can cure and treat serious diseases such as the one we will deal with in this article, and we must advocate the preservation of the individual genome of the subject in the face of inaccurate risks to the genome of humanity. In any case, these should be identified and assessed in their fair measure, weighing the legal assets faced with the expected success, and proceeding to modify some of the current texts, if necessary, in order to provide new health technologies with the appropriate legal framework.
