On locality in the Aharonov-Bohm effects with neutrons

摘要：
A basic electromagnetic interaction is pointed out in several effects of the Aharonov-Bohm (AB) type. Since in the effects with neutrons this interaction involves the induction electric field produced by a time-dependent magnetic field, these turn out to be local effects while the An can still be considered a nonlocal effect.
