摘要：
With the quick alteration of market demands and increasing pressure of competition, "strategic alliance" is becoming a hot topic in academic and industrial fields. The separately competive way which enterprises take traditionally is being replaced by strategic alliance that appears in market competition as the whole bodies. This article introduces the contractual theory of the firm and the value analysis method, brings forward the formulation mechanism of strategic alliance from a new angle.
