摘要：

Holocolax nemipteri (Pillai, 1973) is redescribed based on specimens of the female recovered from the bucco-branchial cavity of the original host, the Japanese threadfin bream Nemipterus japonicus (Bloch, 1791) in Japan. Copepodid III sex undetermined of the species recovered from the same host is described for the first time in the genus.
