摘要
ZnO nanorods have been synthesized by solid-state chemical reaction between ZnCl2 and NaOH with the assistance of suitable organic reagent at ambient condition in this paper. The gas sensing properties of ZnO products Were investigated. Results indicated that ZnO nanorods have good sensitivity for ethanol and gasoline at the optimal working temperature and can be regarded as excellent potential candidates for developing highly sensitive sensors.
