Similar simulation study on roof strata displacement of fully-mechanized sublevel caving in thickness dirt band coal seam

摘要
Fully-mechanized sublevel caving technology have a very good economic benefits under the good occurrence conditions, the simple structure coal seam, but application results are not ideal in some structural complex coal seam, such as with thickness dirt band, intrusive igneous rocks, and other conditions. This structural complex thick coal seam of the sublevel caving technology, there is very little research report at home and abroad. As to the geologic with medium thickness dirt band and the occurrence conditions of coal seams in Fangezhuang mine in Kailuan, the displacement features of thickness dirt band, top coal and roof strata were studied in structural complex thick coal seam mining through the similar simulation. The paper discussed the top coal caving drawing property, caving technology, drawing law, and determined the dirt band critical thickness of sublevel caving in top coal containing thickness dirt band. Research results revealed the effects of thickness dirt band, top coal and roof strata displacement to fully-mechanized sublevel caving, and further extend the safe and efficient caving mining areas of fully-mechanized sublevel caving, and have the extremely broad application prospect.
