摘要：
In order to conduct research on pricing and inventory policy for a deteriorating item with price sensitive demand in the supply chain composed of single-vendor and multiple-buyers, profit models for each partners in the supply chain with or without integrated strategy was formulated, and a solution for each model was presented. The method' of sharing the added profit obtained with integrated strategy between single-vendor and multiple-buyers by incorporating negotiation indices was proposed. A numerical exemplification is given to indicate the effect of the model in application to practice.
