摘要
A series of Co and Ni co-doped anatase TiO2 nanobelts, were simply prepared combining ion-exchange with hydrothermal treatment. They were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and magnetic measurement techniques. The results show that after Co2+ and Ni2+ cations co-doped into TiO2 lattice structure, any metallic cobalt or nickel clusters or nanoparticles could not be found. The magnetic result demonstrates that the prepared Co-doped TiO2 samples are room temperature ferromagnetic materials, whereas their magnetic behavior is very complicated; they have paramagnetism besides ferromagnetism.
