摘要
Land has been polluted more and more seriously with the rapid development of SMEs. land pollution has been a threat to the sustainable use of land resources and SMEs' sustainable development. It is the lag of land pollution control legislation, inadequate protection of collective land ownership as well as the more and more fierce regional competition among local governments and the asymmetric information between centre government and local government that leads to the more serious land pollution. In order to control land pollution effectively and promote the sustainable growth of SMEs, it is necessary to change the performance evaluation mechanism for local officials, encourage citizens to prevent land pollution and eliminate the asymmetric information between central government and local government, speed up the legislation of land pollution prevention & control as well as use the economic instrument such as land pollution mar-gin.
