摘要
It is very important to build a clean and efficient government and to enhance the civilian's ability by completing the public sector human resource performance appraisal. However, with the innovation of public sector, the public sector human resource performance appraisal has been a stumbling block. Based on the foreign experience, it will build a scientific performance appraisal system to improve the public sector human resource performance appraisal program.
