Challenges and opportunities for education system innovation

As entering the knowledge-economic age, China higher education development faces enormous opportunities and even more rigorous challenges in the environment changing for saving and development of higher schools. It is worth doing the research on how to push on education systematic construction and innovation when higher education enters into a historical turning point. System innovation can be used the innovation theory and combining the reality to design an advanced, feasible, self-government and efficient inter-management system into higher education management. At the same time, we should find out the insert-point and foundation-point for higher education reform and innovation based on the rules of higher education development. It goes without saying that system reform and innovation must be a process for constructing and re-accomplishing it, which needs to do exploring and practices in many ways.
