摘要
In this paper, the learning object technologies are analyzed for their use in Web training of the Power Generation Operation and Maintenance personnel at CFE. First, a diagnosis of the training needs is presented; second, the learning object concept with its technological components is analyzed, later, the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is discussed as alternative to implement a learning objects repository and the extensions to the classification system made by CFE are included The article finishes with an analysis of the Knowledge Management effort to use learning objects in training.
