摘要：
This paper tries to describe the mechanism of transmitting the influence of the monetary policy to the activity of the companies, including here the investment activity, transmission which is realized through the market's interest rate, the exchange rate, the market value of the bonds. The impact of the monetary policy will be felt unevenly by the companies: the smaller size firms, the companies with a smaller leverage and the firms which rely on cash flow as financing source are more sensitive to changes in monetary policy than the others.
