摘要
Predicted mean vote (PMV) and predicted percentage of dissatisfied (PPD) index is discussed. By PMV-PPD index analysis to show, the indoor air temperature zone should fit the value: I 1 <= PMV <=+1, PPD <= 27% for the people' thermal comfort and health, and have the highest temperature scale for energy saving. The results to show, the built environment performance is different, so that the air-condition temperature zone is different for the people' thermal comfort and health. With a consideration of the various designed temperatures of indoor air conditioning, the annual energy consumption is different. Take into account for the people' thermal comfort and health and energy consumption of air-conditioning, comfort zone of air-condition temperature is recommended for the various building environment, for example, residential buildings and office buildings, in summer. The base data we've gained can provide reference for related authorities to layout and adjust energy policies.
