摘要
From the point of the basic, principles of strategy management and competitive intelligence, and on the basis of analyzing the enterprise competitive strategy, the tactics and their characteristics are made. Based on previous work, the demand analysis of domestic telecom enterprises is made from the following four aspects: information demand, organization demand, technology demand and harmony demand. At last, the framework of the competitive intelligence system, the,organization model, process model and the harmony model for domestic telecom enterprises are designed.
