摘要
The compositions of the essential oils of young stem, leaf and fruit of Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Fifty-two volatile components in the fruit oil, 23 components in the leaf oil and 21 components in the young stern oil were identified. The main constituents of the young stern oil were delta-3-carene (24.3%), alpha-pinene (15.4%), cedrol (17.7%), sabinene (8.2%), delta-humulene (6.1%), cis-thujopsene (5.5%), terpinolene (4.5%) and beta-phellandrene (3.1%), while the major components of the leaf oil were a-pinene (30.0%), delta-3-carene (21.7%), beta-caryophyllene (6.9%), cedrol (6.1%), a-terpinene (5.2%), alpha-humulene (4.6%) and beta-phellandrene (4.5%). The main constituents of the fruit oil were alpha-pinene (38.7%), delta-3-carene (20.4%), alpha-fenchene (5.0%), terpinolene (4.7%), alpha-terpinene (4.0%), beta-pinene (3.6%) and o-cymene (3.6%). The monoterpene hydrocarbons represented the most abundant constituents of the analyzed oils. Meanwhile, alpha-pillene and delta-3-carene Constituted the most important volatile components of the oils.
