摘要
In the big data era, advances in informatics have led to new opportunities and challenges in healthcare research and applications. The mobile medical market in the Asia-Pacific region has gradually matured, showing explosive growth in the past three years, especially in China. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate several representative mobile medical APPs using AHP-TOPSIS method. Seven mobile medical APPs are selected, including Chunyu doctor, Good doctor online, Clove doctor, Ping'an doctor, Almond doctor, Healthway doctor and Thumb doctor. The analysis mainly includes four aspects: market share, platform operation, function comparison and user experience. According to the results of AHP-TOPSIS model, the advantages and disadvantages of these mobile medical APPs are analyzed and suggestions for the future development of them are also given in this paper.
