The stability problem for a class of multi-input multi-output nonlinear uncertain systems is considered. A design method of output feedback control law is presented. The. Lyapunov function and the output feedback control law are designed, It is proved by the, way of Lyapunov second method to globally exponentially stabilize the nonlinear uncertain systems. A new sufficient condition is presented for the class of nonlinear uncertain systems to be globally exponentially stable. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
