摘要
We demonstrate a signal-to-noise ratio for a photonic-crystal nano-photodetector loaded with 59-k W resistor revealing 30 dB higher than conventional photodetector thanks to thermal-noise suppression. Reception of ultralow optical energy of 74 aJ is theoretically expected. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
