摘要：
We have studied photodynamic action of He-Ne laser radiation on cultures of Staphylococcus and Streptococcus anhaemolyticus been sensitized by methylene blue. The concentration of the dye was varied from 0.001% to 0.1% and radiation power density - fiom 75 to 200 mW/cm(2). Irradiated strain was put into thermostat for 24 hours, then the number of colonies was counted and analyzed.
