摘要：
The third-harmonic generations in hyperbolic quantum wires are studied, with most emphasis devoted to the influence of excitons on the third-harmonic generations. The analytic form for the third-harmonic generation of this system is derived by means of density matrix treatment. Finally, the numerical results are presented for a typical AlGaAs/GaAs hyperbolic quantum wire. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
