摘要
Spacecraft vacuum thermal test is a complex system engineering with the combination of operator and mechanical equipment. In order to ensure that the environmental simulation meets the requirements, the staff needs to operate the test equipment frequently during the test. The original management method of spacecraft thermal test process relies on a large number of paper forms, which is used to adjust and confirm the parameters during the test; this kind of operation is complicated and there are risks of operations. Based on service-oriented architecture and business-process management, a new generation of spacecraft thermal test process management system is designed and implemented. The system has been successfully deployed and applied in KM8. The operation results show that the system greatly improves the efficiency in the test process and realizes the digitalization and visualization control of spacecraft thermal test.
