摘要
In this paper, we considered a pentagonal fuzzy number to be performed through a single server system in a finite source queue model. The queue-based in a first come first served model. We take the arrival and service times are the pentagonal fuzzy number in respectively. To convert arrival and service times into a crisp value of using Pascal's triangular graded mean for pentagonal fuzzy numbers. This approach is easily too converted to a pentagonal fuzzy number into a crisp value. And then converted crisp values to apply the standard formulas for the finite source queue model. This approach is illustrated in numerical examples, respectively. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
