摘要
An increasing number of studies have examined the influencing factors of technology transfer performance, but have produced inconsistent results. This research contributes to existing literature by examining how absorptive capacity and knowledge management affect technology transfer performance. The sample used in this research is drawn from the South China firms survey. An empirical study is used to analyze the models, the results show that: absorptive capacity has a positive impact on knowledge integration, but absorptive capacity does not have a positive impact on organizational knowledge. However, absorptive capacity has a positive indirect impact on organizational knowledge intermediated by knowledge integration. Absorptive capacity, knowledge integration and organizational knowledge respectively has a positive impact on technology transfer performance. These results enrich current understanding of the relationships among absorptive capacity, knowledge management and technology transfer performance.
