摘要
The food industry represent an important domain, where the water quality used in the technological processes must be maintained at imposed parameters concerning the human consumption (1). The technological engineers from this branch of the industry must know and apply the latest technologies which make, possible the maintenance of a quality technological water. In order to use the whole limited resources of water and to protect then against pollution it is necessary innovating technologies.
