摘要
Ki-67 LI*AgNORs was evaluated in 92 brain tumors. The mean scores of Ki-67 LI*AgNORs were as follows: glioblastoma 59.4; anaplastic astrocytoma 22.4; low grade astrocytoma 4.60; recurrent meningioma 7.87; non-recurrent meningioma 1.52; pituitary adenoma 1.85; acoustic neurinoma 1.47. A statistically significant differrence in Ki-67 LI*AgNORs was observed between glioblastomas, high grade gliomas and low grade gliomas (p<0.005). A statistically significant differrence in Ki-67 LI*AgNORs was observed between recurrent meningiomas and non-recurrent meningiomas (p<0.005). In meningiomas, Ki-67 LI*AgNORs was a useful parameter for discriminating between recurrent and non-recurrent group. Ki-67 LI*AgNORs may serve as a useful prognostic indicator in brain tumors.
