Study on particle swarm optimization algorithms based on niche of sharing mechanism

摘要
Particle swarm optimizer is a simple stochastic global optimization technique. Its significant feature is simpler expression, and less parameters, but is easily slumped the local minima. In this paper, a particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms Based on niche of sharing mechanism is brought forward. The proposed algorithm sustains diversity in population efficiently and improves the ability of breaking away from the local minima. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is superior to original particle swarm optimization algorithm, especially multi-modal function.
