摘要：
The paper proposes a CAD oriented procedure for design of single feed corner truncated microstrip circularly polarized antenna and is quality factor. A closed form formula for the quality factor of the antenna is proposed, based on curve fitting procedure. The design procedure counts the open end of the nearly square patch and calculates the slant. The design procedure is applied to a GPS L1 antenna and X band microstrip antenna array in order to verify the method. There is very good coincidence between the design specifications and simulation results.
