THE EMPLOYABILITY OF GRADUATES AND THE IMPORTANCE OF "SOFT SKILLS" IN PRACTICE

摘要
The paper deals with "soft skills", which bind to the effective operation in the workplace by their nature with a high degree of internal and external transferability, whereby depend on the individual abilities of human. The aim of this paper is to identify the "soft skills" in the context of cross-sectional skills in relation to the employability of graduates and analyze their importance in practice. Focus on the importance of "soft skills" also in business within a segment of the social economy. Among the scientific methods used in this paper include theoretical analysis and comparison. Logical methods are analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction. A certain level of "soft skills" and individual personality of graduates are important factors in the job finding of these persons in the labor market.
