摘要
As they make the transition from engineering students to practicing engineers, younger members of ASCE face the perennial challenge of successfully applying their classroom knowledge to the real world in the hope of gradually assuming greater project and management responsibility. Several up-and-coming young members who are successfully meeting this challenge share with Civil Engineering their outlook on the field and describe both their individual goals and those they would like to see achieved by the profession.
